FEIEA can clearly play a valuable role in future but it can no longer be semi-detached from the national associations. 

FEIEA must be much more closely aligned with their priorities and aligned with their programmes of activity. 

A constructive discussion focus on ideas and programs will benefit FEIEA, gives more added value for its associations and through them to their members.

Increase Academy’s and Grand Prix’s dissemination and recognition, giving more value to members and rise its revenues.

Establish a permanent back office and general secretariat in Lisbon, in order to have a closer and faster support delivered to all members.

A collaborative European approach is more effective than a national approach.
